2. Why would we pay a consultant to manage a special project, when we have office staff with the skills needed?
While you may have the staff with the required skills to manage a special project, adding this new burden often takes staff away from their revenue producing activities. Having Cygnet oversee the project allows your staff to work their normal hours and get their primary jobs done. And because Cygnet can be flexible in their working hours, offices can experience minimum disruption.
